Come Out and Pray Today
The National Day of Prayer Will be Observed at City Hall. Mayor Curt Hagman, other city officials, special guests, students from 3 local high schools, and special guest Alfie Salas (Franklin Graham Crusade Team) singing the National Anthem will gather today at Chino Hills City Hall, 2001 Grand Ave. in Chino Hills. We'll be starting at 12:00 PM and ending at 01:00 PM.

Inland Empire Number Two in Foreclosures Nationwide
Reports released by Realty Trac stated that the Inland Empire had the second highest foreclosure rate in the country. "...One in every 38 Riverside-San Bernardino households received a foreclosure filing during the quarter - more than five times the national average." stated the report.

Two Students Help to Create a Storm Water Exhibit for an Earth Day Launch
Scott Elder, a senior at Ayala High School, and Natalya Jaime, a senior at Rosary High School in Fullerton, make the most of their free time. For Earth Day 2008, Scott and Natalya were busy putting the finishing touches on the City of Chino Hills Storm Water Programs exhibit entitled: "Your Neighborhood Watershed".

Emergency Preparedness Workshop - May 15Th
Residents of the Carbon Canyon area are encouraged to attend a pre-fire season Public Safety Community Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6th. The Carbon Canyon area faces extreme challenges during the fire season and public safety officials want to share important information to help residents prepare.
