Chino Airport Seeking to Expand
San Bernardino County leaders hope plans to expand Chino Airport will fly with Eastvale residents at Tuesday's Town Hall meeting. The goal is to discuss how best to improve the publicly owned airport, which serves private, business and corporate customers.

New College Center To Offer Hands-On Lessons In Chino
Construction progress on a new community center at College Park, near Oaks and Edison avenues, is on schedule with expected completion in November and an opening next spring. By then, Chino will have a large new public facility for events, and local students can attend classes there to learn the latest techniques in cooking and fashion.

Chino Hills Teen is Missing
Carlos Salazar, (16), has been missing from his home since July 8th. We received the following email from his mother and family who are trying to locate him. Chino Hills School Allocated $336,000 But Might Not Open
An elementary school in San Dimas and an early education center in Chino Hills were the combined recipients of about $2 million in State Allocation Board funds Thursday. But the Chino Hills Early Education Center, part of the San Bernardino County Office of Education, might not open.

Chino Police Officer No Longer Employed at Department After Investigation in LA
Evan Samuel, placed on administrative leave from the Police Department on July 1 after investigators began looking into allegations of misconduct by him as a Los Angeles police officer, is no longer with the Chino department.
