Chancellor Place of Chino Hills is an assisted living retirement community that provides catered services for residents in a comfortable, secure setting. The community features 76 spacious, private apartments with additional services that include three nutritious meals daily, housekeeping, laundry, social and recreational programs, local transportation and assistance with personal care. In addition to the highly skilled trained caregivers, Chancellor Place of Chino Hills has licensed nurses on duty 16 hours each day to closely monitor medical conditions, manage medications and provide treatments to ensure a higher quality of medical care to the residents. Chancellor Place also specializes in all Diabetic management.
Chancellor Place of Chino Hills is managed by Chancellor Health Care, which was established in 1992 to develop and manage long-term health care networks for the Senior Population including Housing, Supportive Services and Skilled Nursing Care.
