Police and paramedics review the scene.
Police and paramedic responded quickly and took the driver to the hospital.

At approximately 9:00 PM on Thursday night, a mid-size car veered off the road about quarter mile north of Sagebrush Avenue on Butterfield Ranch Road and crashed into a tree almost knocking it over. Officers from the San Bernardino Sheriff's Chino Hills Station and the Chino Valley Fire Department responded within minutes.

Paramedics assisted the driver from the vehicle and took him to the hospital. They stated that the man wasn't badly injured but that they wanted to take every precaution in case there were any hidden injuries. An Officer Romero said that it appeared the driver just lost control and then over corrected, hitting the tree. There was a slight drizzle in the air but officers didn't think this had anything to do with the accident.
