The Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce is offering mini-grants of up to $200 per applicant to Chino Valley Unified School District teachers for classroom use.
The Chamber's Education Committee, chaired by Judy Conacher, will consider applications from teachers for innovative classroom projects or teacher training that will benefit students, and priority will be given to projects or programs that will benefit multiple classes or be reusable for multiple years.
The Chamber funds the education mini-grants from proceeds from the "Taste of the Chino Valley". The Chamber hosted the 12th annual Taste of the Chino Valley in March 2008.
