Cause is still under investigation but may be construction related

The newly opened Chino campus was red hot when a construction fire broke out at the Community Building at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 31. The Oaks entrance was temporarily closed to students but has since reopened.

Nervously watching the fire, student Hillary Dicksion hoped the fire department would arrive quickly to prevent the fire from spreading to the nearby Main Building. The main building was not damaged.
