A fire that broke out on a Chino dairy farm this morning has been contained but is expected to burn until Thursday, authorities said.

The flames started about 3:30 a.m., eating through more than 900 tons of hay and destroying three farm vehicles parked inside a barn at Vander Eyk farms, located near Hellman Avenue and Chino Corona Road, said Massiel Ladron De Guevara, a spokeswoman for the Chino Valley Fire District.
