Chino Hills, February 27, 2008 -- Huntington Learning Center of Chino Hills, located at 2553 Chino Hills Parkway, recently opened its doors to students struggling with basic skills in reading, writing, mathematics, spelling, phonics, study skills, as well as other factors that play a role in academic achievement.
David and Linda DeMott, operators of the center and their staff will offer personalized instruction by certified teachers to Chino Hills students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
"The entire team of educators at the Chino Hills Huntington Learning Center is dedicated to helping every one of our students unlock his or her full potential for academic achievement," David DeMott said. "With personalized instruction targeted to each student's learning needs, we help students build the confidence, knowledge and skills that are vital for success in school."
In addition to providing on-site instruction, Huntington Learning Center of Chino Hills will work with local schools to ensure that area educators and guidance counselors are aware of the services that are offered to struggling students. The Center will also offer individualized one-to-one instruction to help students prepare for the SAT and ACT.
"We want all of our students to be prepared for the demands of higher education and the workforce, and we're determined to work in partnership with local parents and educators to enhance what our team offers every student who enrolls in our program," David DeMott added.
