Joey's Barbecue Invents The Dino-Rib

After recently opening his fourth restaurant, the owner of Joey's Bar-B-Q knows this all too well.

But Ray Moors is still trying to hit jackpot with his latest invention, the Dino-Rib.

This 14-ounce chunk of USDA choice beef hugs a protruding bone that's so big, so long, it's bound to catch your attention.

"Feed your inner caveman," said Moors, the mastermind behind the 14-inch-long beef rib. "That's what it's all about."

This isn't your average hunk of meat to hit the market, nor your average business idea.

Barbecue enthusiasts might get a kick out of grilling a gigantic rib. And for others, it might be too much meat.
