As consumers react to rising prices and a beaten-down housing market by cutting their spending, The Shoppes at Chino Hills opens today as the Inland region's newest major retail center. But Phoenix-based Opus West Corp. says it is "guardedly optimistic" about the prospects for its $200 million investment in the 400,000-square-foot lifestyle center. (Source: PE.com)
