LOS ANGELES - Four lawyers and a judge expressed frustration Wednesday morning about federal prosecutors declining to provide any information about whether they will file charges against a former San Bernardino County sheriff's deputy videotaped shooting an unarmed military policeman in Chino.

"We have placed several calls with the U.S. attorney's office and nobody has returned our calls," said attorney Eugene Ramirez, defending former Deputy Ivory J. Webb Jr.

With that, U.S. District Court Judge Otis Wright sighed and said, "swell."
