Chino Hills continues to be a city of growth and economic development despite the dip in the median home sale price. Based upon its central location to neighboring counties, top notch schools and overall community atmosphere, people are sure to continue to flock to Chino Hills.

Thus far for 2008, the second quarter showed the highest number of home sales at a little over 250 homes sold. However, historically speaking, the second quarter tends to be the strongest. For the third quarter, the median price for a home in Chino Hills is approximately $425,000.
