AZ livestock broker is reportedly the buyer
The slaughterhouse that was the focus of a nationwide beef recall is being sold by owner Steve Mendell.
An Arizona livestock broker is reportedly the buyer of the Westland-Hallmark Meat Company.
During Congressional testimony in February, Mendell admitted that two cows seen in an undercover video were illegally slaughtered.
