Just what are manners and how important are they? According to Wikipedia, "manners are the unenforced standards of conduct which demonstrate that a person is proper, polite, and refined. They are like laws in that they codify or set a standard for human behavior, but they are unlike laws in that there is no formal system for punishing transgressions, other than social disapproval. They are a kind of norm."

Ever tried texting Google? Text 46453 to find a restaurant, get sports scores and stocks, check your flight status, and more. It's easy, free, and addictive!
I have some friends who love texting Google. Often times, they have texted Google at 466453 to get information or find an address. I never tried it because I found it antiquated. Who wants to text if you have a great smartphone with a data plan? Besides, I knew I'd never remember 466453. (I just learned in writing this article that 466453 spells Google on your keypad!)
Last weekend, we took a roadtrip with these same friends to Las Vegas. >>

This was the first time I learned to start new "partnership" between my phone and another device. Although I loved my new freedom from holding the phone, my friends didn't appreciate the quality of my conversation (the headset quality--not >>

There are many inefficient TV's being sold that are increasing energy consumption, especially when you consider the proliferation of larger screen TV's in homes across America.
